These proceedings represent the work of researchers participating in the International Conference on Elementary Education (ICEE 2018) which is being hosted by the Post-graduate Elementary Education Program of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, held on September, 19th 2018 in Horison Ultima Bandung, Indonesia.

ICEE has the theme of "The Infusion of 21st Century Skills on Elementary Education". ICEE is a event on the international research conferences calendar and provides a valuable platform for individuals to present their research findings, display their work in progress and discuss conceptual and empirical advances in the areas of Elementary Education.
