The quality and success of the Arabic language education process are certainly influenced by the interrelated elements or components of the achievement of educational goals, including educational materials. They are an important means of supporting the achievement of these goals. The researcher used R & D design in this study to achieve them. The model chosen by the author in this study is the ADDIE model. This model is selected as being developed systematically and on a theoretical basis in the design of learning. This model is structured with systematic sequences to solve learning problems related to learning sources that correspond to the needs and characteristics of the learner. This model consists of five steps: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The method of collecting evidence using the method of observation and documentation. This study aims to produce systematic and effective Arabic language teaching materials, especially in teaching I’rob Al-Qur’an. The teaching material was tested using the ADDIE model on 30 students of the Ponyo Board of Education in teaching I’rob Al-Qur’an and validated by content experts and educational design experts. The products of the educational material are validated by Prof. Dr. H. Maman Abdul Rahman, M.Ag. It's the correct educational design by Drs. Tatang, M. Hum. The content expert estimates that the educational material is very good at 97.22%. The learning design expert estimates a value of 91.66%. The educational material is very well earned and the results of field experiments show a value of 91.50%, indicating that the product's qualifications for teaching materials are very good.
